Metrikk is the work of Simon Vroomans. I have worked with data for over fifteen years, nine of them in elderly care.
In those years I have worked with just about everything out there: Microsoft data warehousing, Cognos, SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau, Qlik Sense and Power BI. But in the end it is not about the tooling. It is about what you show, whether it is right, and whether someone can actually work with it.
I built standardised data platforms for elderly care in the Netherlands before. Clients still run on them today. What I learned there is in this platform: how a care registration in ONS actually works, where the figures start to shift, and which metrics a board really uses.
I am not going to pretend to be bigger than I am. There is no team behind Metrikk, and there does not need to be. The best things are often made by someone who knows exactly what they are doing, and these days you no longer need a department for that. What used to take a team of five, I do with agents that help build and that check the platform every night.
For you that means something practical: no tickets to file and no support desk to call. You call me. Missing something in a report? I build it. Want to talk it through? I will come by.
