Metrikk is a product of Vroomans BI B.V., based in Pijnacker, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 95087885. This policy covers this website. Where we process data on behalf of a care organisation using Metrikk, we do so under a data processing agreement with that organisation, not under this policy.
If you fill in the form, we receive your name, email address, organisation and message. We use these to answer your question and to stay in touch with you about Metrikk. We do nothing else with them: we do not sell them on, and you will not end up on a mailing list you did not ask for.
The basis is your own request for contact. We keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation runs and for two years afterwards, so we can look up earlier contact. After that we delete it.
We keep track of how many people visit the site and which pages they view, using Umami, which runs on our own server. No visitor information goes to Google or any advertising company.
Umami sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Your IP address is read briefly to determine which country you are in and which device you use; that address is not stored. This does not tell us who you are. For that reason we also do not ask for consent through a cookie banner: none is required here.
We also count which buttons are clicked, for example whether someone clicks "Get in touch" or opens a module. This is counted, not traceable to a person.
We do not pass your data to third parties, other than the parties needed to run this site and our email: the website's hosting provider and our mail provider. We have the agreements with those parties that the GDPR requires. Our statistics run on our own hardware in the Netherlands.
You may ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. You may also object to its use. Send a message to simon@vroomansbi.nl; we respond within one month.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
The site runs entirely over a secure connection. Our approach to information security follows NEN 7510, the Dutch standard for information security in healthcare.
If what we collect or why changes, we update this page and change the date at the top.
